CRMC adopts and fully complies with the official policy from AHS regarding the Standard for Immunization of Healthcare Workers.

​

It is obligatory for all members of staff of Cranston Ridge Medical Clinic to keep an up-to-date record of all required vaccinations recommended by AHS for healthcare workers. Immunization can only be refused by an employee of CRMC if there is a proven health risk related to receiving the specific vaccination, such as pregnancy in some cases or allergy. This, however, must be proven by a medical certificate from the family physician of the member of staff. Failure to comply with this requirements will lead to the suspension of the member of staff until the requirements are met or the termination of the employment contract.
