DOs, and DON'Ts

• Always book patients between 09:00 and 18:00;

• Do not book one after another unless they are same household;

• Do not book more than 2 in immediate succession;

• Do not book an entire family altogether;

• Do not book more than 5 CPXs per day for Tomasz and not more than 3-4 per day for Melanie and always spread them out over the shift;

• If a patient is booking for something else and is due for CPX, only book them for CPX if less than 5 have been booked on that day;

• Book female CPXs for Tomasz only between the hours of 10:00 and 18:00

Please, note that these rules, like every other rule at CRMC, are always subject to change. Please, do not expect these rules to be eternal as we have to evaluate how they work over time and if any change must be applied in order to improve services.
