If you're looking to complete your practicum at CRMC, make sure to complete your WHMIS certification, download and sign the Confidentiality Contract, and have your physician or NP complete your Immunization Form. Then, proceed to the next step where you will be able to send in your application for the practicum. Please note that this clinic now accepts exclusively students who complete a FAMA-enhanced Background Check. We do not accept any other certificate from any police service anywhere in the world. The cost of the FAMA-enhanced Background Check is the responsibility of the student and costs $100. On receipt of your application, CRMC will contact you for the payment of the $100 fees for the check. You will have the option to pay over the phone by credit or debit card. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED!

We currently accept only MOA students from RCBC, ABES, SAIT, Robertson, and ABM. If you would like to complete a practicum at CRMC, you must do the following:

• Ask your practicum placement coordinator to contact the clinical manager via email by clicking on this link and request to start the procedures to create a practicum partnership with CRMC (we only accept enduring partnerships, we do not consider one-off requests)
