If you're looking to complete your practicum at CRMC, make sure to download this document. Sign the confidentiality agreement and have your physician or NP complete your immunization form. Email the signed confidentiality agreement, the completed immunization form and the blank Advanced Student Information (ASI) form to your Placement Coordinator. She will complete the ASI form and send the entire package for you to Cranston Ridge Medical Clinic. Once we receive your complete package, we will call you to confirm your practicum placement/s with us.

For MOA students of any other college in Calgary:

We currently accept only MOA students from ABES, SAIT, Robertson, and ABM. If you would like to complete a practicum at CRMC, you must do the following:

• Ask your practicum placement coordinator to contact the clinical manager via email by clicking on this link and request to start the procedures to create a practicum partnership with CRMC (we only accept enduring partnerships, we do not consider one-off requests)
